NYE | Dipped Fortune Cookies

Everyone loves fortune cookies and what better time of year for a fortune than on New Years Eve? Whether you’re celebrating at home with the family or hosting a sparkly party, these dipped cookies are sure to brighten the room.

Caramel —

Fortune cookies dipped in caramel could not be more of a dream. We used caramel baking drops but you can also use caramel sauce. We also chose to top them off with some white pearl sprinkles.

White Chocolate —

White chocolate is a fan favorite. We used melted white chocolate (almond bark is good too!) and quickly topped them with a black colored sugar.

Sugar Glaze —

This glaze/icing is a game changer, simply mix together 2 cups of powdered sugar with 1/4 cup of water and mix. After we dipped the fortune cookies in, we layered them with silver edible glitter and let dry.

Dark Chocolate —

And finally, the classic. Chocolate on fortune cookies is a no-brainer. We chose dark chocolate, and after we dipped them, we topped them all with gold edible stars.
