Easter Menu

This year for Easter, I’m staying right on the line of simple/easy yet special and intentional! I love glazed ham and it’s an Easter staple for me so that was a given. I found this apricot glazed recipe and I can’t imagine a more perfect fit for spring! To pair, I went with the classic and home-y sides of scalloped potatoes and roasted broccoli. And to round the whole menu off, we have to include carrot cake!!
