DIY Confetti Poppers

Any excuse to craft things out of trash will get me. These are super simple and oddly enjoying to “pop”! Perfect for NYE as well!

Things you’ll need—

• Bare toilet paper rolls

• Balloons (I chose red ones!)

• Scrapbook paper (I loved this pastel blue with the bright red)

• Scissors

• Tape

• Confetti (I found red and blue and mixed them!)

How to do it—

1. Tie off the end of a balloon. Cut the balloon at the center. Stretch the cut balloon over the end of a toilet paper roll so the tied end is centered with the roll. Secure with tape.

2. Measure the scrapbook paper around your toilet paper roll and wrap the roll, securing with more tape.

3. Hold your popper straight and fill with confetti. When you’re ready to release the confetti, simply pull the tied balloon down gently, let go and watch the confetti fly!
