A Splash of Christmas

Our first Christmas here!

I’ve always leaned on the neutral + minimal side of Christmas decor. I think it mainly comes from my being lazy but it’s also very calming to me. I think eventually I’ll grow a bit grander and grander each year but for our first Christmas at this new house, I’m keeping it pretty simple.

I am extremely excited about having our first real tree though! We’ve placed it in the dining room near the window and I’m in love with it. But anyways, here’s a mini tour of our very simple decor this year:
